The Top 3 Worst Foods For You To Feed Your Children

If every family had their kids plot the diet plans of each member for the next decade, everyone on the planet would probably be in a critical state of health or dead by then. Luckily, things aren’t and will never be that way.

But unfortunately, some parents don’t give much importance to what they eat or feed their children, which is why approximately one-third of all kids in America are struggling with overweight and obesity issues.

Today, you and I are going to take a closer look at the top 3 worst foods for you to feed your loved ones. And so to kick things off, here’s the first item on our list: hotdogs. Regardless of the fact that it contains roughly 15 grams of protein and 8 percent of the daily dietary fiber, these pluses are hardly enough to compensate for the unhealthy additives present in all hotdogs.

A hotdog is loaded with fat, sodium and preservatives, all of which can trigger a wide variety of diseases, such as heart disease and cancer. Nitrate can also be found in wieners, a chemical compound that deals damage to the intestinal lining, and therefore bring about even more sicknesses.

Second on our list of the worst foods for you to feed your offspring is toasted pastries. Aside from packing little to no nutritional value, it has extremely high sugar content. Too much sugar can cause diabetes when ingested frequently in excessive amounts.

Moreover, the sudden rise and fall of blood sugar levels has been known to lower the amounts of serotonin (“feel good” chemical) the brain produces. That in turn can cause the child to feel cranky, depressed, and undergo frequent mood swings.

Third item on our list of worst foods for you to feed your youngsters is French fries. Uncooked, these suckers are loaded with sodium, fat, and preservatives. To make things even worse, preparation of this grub requires deep frying in oil, therefore making it even more detrimental for human health.

As you can see in the list here, the three worst foods for you to feed your loved ones are a common favorite amongst both adults and kids, making it difficult to exclude from one’s diet. With that said, it’s vital that you gradually regulate the amounts and frequency your child eats such edibles.
