Having a snack can be one of the best things that can happen in our day. I mean really, we all look forward to that sweet, yummy afternoon snack. Whether it be a donut, a cinnamon roll, a hotdog, or a bag of chips, snacks are the time that most people “indulge” or give in to their cravings.

While it is very yummy, most snacks are loaded with sodium and trans fats! We may not realize it but that snack we truly enjoy could be the reason why we can't fit into that dream dress, or why we are last to bat at the company baseball league. Finally, for those really on the go and think they don't have time to follow any of the nutritious and easy healthy snack recipes, stock up on healthy snack foods! Yogurt cups, fruit cups, granola bars, and other healthy snacks are available in the market these days. You can store them in your refrigerator and pick one up every time you want a snack.
